I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date there will be a 20% charge of your scheduled services. Late Policy I allow a 15 minute grace period if you happen to be running late. Please text me & let me know. Once 15 minutes has passed your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show & be charged 100% of your scheduled services. I value my clients and thank you for respecting both my time & yours.
